4. AI Processing

We use Anthropic Claude, a third-party AI service, to generate your moving plans. Your move details (addresses, dates, preferences) are sent to Anthropic to create personalized recommendations. Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy and does not use your data to train their models.

5. Lead Generation and Service Providers

When you request quotes from local service providers through packd, we share relevant move details (name, email, phone, move addresses, dates, and move size) with those providers so they can contact you with pricing. You control which providers receive your information by choosing to request a quote.

6. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with service providers you explicitly request quotes from, and with our technology partners (Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI) as necessary to operate the service.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure database storage, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
